I'm Noon, an artist from Germany doing Concept Work and Commissions.
Studying Intermedia Design and working on games, while cuddling with my cats and drawing everything I can think of.If you're interested in my Commissions, make sure to look at both mypricelist and my Terms of Service before reaching out!

terms and conditions!
Please make sure to read these carefully as I reserve the right to cancel or deny your Commission if you did not read or violate them in any form!**==

1.

  • Payment

Paypal onlyI will send an invoice, payment has to be done 24h within receiving the Invoice!For regular pieces the payment will be upfront.Pieces with backgrounds or higher complexity can be paid in two parts. 50% upon agreeing on the price and the rest upon receiving and agreeing to a sketch.We can discuss a payment plan if the price is higher than 200€.

2.

  • Cancellation and Refunds

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any given time. In these cases I will provide you with a full refund.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if you are offensive, aggressive or abusive. This includes spamming about your commission status and updates (near a daily basis). In these cases I will refund your payment partially, keeping the value of work done.You may cancel a commission at any time, however no refund will be offered once payment has been completed and I have started working on it.If you cancel your commission due to personal reasons that affect you financially, we can discuss a refund but I reserve the right to deny the refund.

3.

  • Image Rights

I retain full copyright of the artwork and reserve the right to distribute and reproduce it at my discretion, as well as use it as an example for future Commission openings.Unless otherwise specified by you, I reserve the right to live-stream and post the process of the commission in any form.You may not edit or distribute the artwork as they are for personal use only.
To further specify:
-> You may use my work as an icon or header as long as you provide credit
-> You may post my work with credit.
-> You may NOT distribute it for profit or without credit
-> You may NOT alter my work. This includes colouring or lining the sketches unless otherwise agreed upon!You can talk to me about purchasing the Copyright and Commercial Rights to your artwork, in which case there will be an additional fee that varies according to complexity and price of the artwork. This will allow you to distribute them for profit however you may not to pass them off as your own work or deny me credit if needed.
However I will not allow them to be distributed as NFTs!You may not, under any circumstances, claim the commissioned artwork as your own work!

4.

  • Revisions

Upon purchasing a commission that is NOT a sketch commission you are allowed a number of changes to your commission during the sketch-phase.
After you agreed to a sketch any further changes will incur additional charges unless otherwise agreed upon.
Changes will be categorized by their difficulty, here are some examples:Small revisions (5€):
- Facial features
- Colour changes
- Adding / Erasing details (note that adding complex details will be charged as a major change)Big revisions (15€):
- Pose changes
- Fixing the entire colouring of the pieceIf you abuse having revisions done to your piece I reserve the right to cancel without a refund.

5.

  • Deadlines

If for any reason you require your piece at a set time you may tell me in advance and we can work out if a rush fee is needed.The rush fee is dependent on how close your deadline is to the day I accept your commission and can range to up to 80% of your total.There is no rush fee for my average worktime, which is 2-3 months.

  • Legal Age

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are verifying that you are at least 18 years old.I reserve the right to demand proof of this should there be any doubts.

FAQ

Do you accept requests?

Not if not specifically stated on either Twitter or Instagram. If I have request open, please don't get upset if your request doesn't get choosen.

Are you comfortable with OC x Canon content?

Yes. However if I feel that the content isn't appropriate for various reasons (age difference e.g.) I won't accept the request or commission.

I cannot afford a commission, do you accept art trades?

Rarely. Art Trades are something I usually do with friends and friends only.

What program do you use?

I use CSP for most of my commission work and sometimes Procreate for sketches.
My tablet is a Huion Kamvas Studio pro 22.

When do you open your waitlist?

It's hard to tell when I open slots, mainly because there are many factors playing into my work progress, such as university projects, mental health and private game projects.
I usually accept 15 people on my waitlist and open slots when I only have 5 people left on the list.

What is the average wait time for a commission?

I try to open commissions every 3 months, but I'm a fulltime student so sometimes deadlines get in the way and hinder my workflow. I am also not shy to admit, that I am suffering from depression and possibly ADHD which also factors into a very unpredicatable workflow. While I have set work times for commissions my work speed can vary a lot! I hope you understand.
